Copy the invitation or add it to your calendar. Each scheduled meeting gets its own private link.

Welcome people in
Admit guests from the waiting room, invite someone to speak, and keep things calm.
For guests

Open the link
You'll see the meeting name, who is hosting, and the time in your own time zone.

Type your name
No account needed for most meetings. Your name is what you type—others see it as written.

Check sound and camera
A quick test shows your camera and microphone. You can join with camera off or audio only.

Walk right in, or wait a moment while the host lets you in.
